A decade-old finance tool nobody wanted to touch, a queue of thousands of unread complaints, a road network too big to inspect by hand — I take those apart and rebuild them so they run in a browser, explain themselves, and keep working after I've gone. Most of what's here runs on a small computer in my house.

An HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini in Negeri Sembilan running everything on this domain: Docker Compose behind Caddy, exposed through a Cloudflare Tunnel with no ports open on the router, reached privately over Tailscale. It hosts this site, HARDA, Nextcloud, uptime monitoring and a Minecraft server, and backs itself up nightly.
